However, please note that our processing time is fast, which means the window for cancellations is relatively small. In case the cancellation cannot be processed in time, there's no need to worry. You have the option to decline the parcel upon its arrival or return it to us later, completely free of charge. Please note that we only charge credit and debit cards once the order is shipped. 3. Order page in your account: If you created an account during the checkout process, you can log in and visit the order page. Your order number will be displayed there for your convenience. Please note that the order number is typically an 8-digit number.
Should there be a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We definitely want to ensure you’re happy with your wine, but please note all returns are handled on an individual basis.
Shipments are sent through Fedex Ground, and all shipments require a mandatory adult signature. For this reason, we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. We currently ship to the following states: AZ CA CO DC FL ID IA IL MA MD MI MN MO MT NC NH NM NV NY OH OK OR PA TX WA & WY.
Yes, you must be 21+ to join the Tabalipa Inner Circle, and all shipments require a mandatory adult signature.
We are a small estate vineyard, which means we only produce our No. 1 Rosé in limited quantities. To guarantee an allocation of our wine, we’d suggest joining our Inner Circle Wine Club. We offer 3-, 6-, and 12-bottle options, shipped two or three times a year, and since there’s no long term commitment, you can cancel any time after your first order.
